I’ve had dinner here three times, and I wanted to wait until after the third visit to really gauge the level of service and consistency. I’ve lived in Burbank for years, and while it offers a wide variety of places and cuisines, there hasn’t really been anything close to fine dining without leaving the city. Palma changed that. The atmosphere is incredible. Great music, lively, but not so loud that you can’t have an intimate conversation. The space itself is beautiful and well laid out, with a gorgeous glass wine cellar at its center. The food is absolutely fantastic. I tend to over-order every time I visit because I love their cuts of meat just as much as their pasta. The seafood is always fresh, I highly recommend pairing the oysters with caviar. Portions are fair and clearly designed to be shared. When I go, we usually order a few dishes and do everything family style. The drink menu is also a powerhouse. Everything is thoughtfully crafted and pairs well with the food. My personal favorite is the hibiscus sour—try it with the blueberry cobbler. Lastly, the staff are exceptionally well trained and a pleasure to interact with. My last server, Paul, turned a normal date night

The tomahawk steak was the standout. The yellowtail hamachi was incredibly fresh and balanced, making it a great starter. The ambiance was stylish and welcoming. Definitely worth coming back to. Great addition to Burbank.

Palma has officially moved its way up to my top 3 favorite restaurants! Last night was one of the best meals I’ve had in a really long time and I can’t wait to go back to try more of the menu items! Our waitress Victoria was so attentive, the ambiance was perfect, and the food .. out of this world! If you like oysters, you have to try them neptunes style, the wedge salad chopped and tossed, and the yellowtail hamachi - SO good! Thinking about it right now has me wanting to take myself on a little date night tonight😂 I loved everything about this place and can’t wait to go back! I had such a great experience at Palma Restaurante. Everything was truly amazing. The lobster soup was delicious, the branzino was cooked so well, and every dish was full of flavor. The food, the presentation, and the overall atmosphere made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be back and I’m already looking forward to bringing my friends here.

I had been eyeing this restaurant for the last year and finally took myself on a solo date on 11/1/2025. I was craving a beautifully made meal, and longing for grilled octopus that I had in Sardinia last year, and this was the right place to scratch that itch. I called at 7pm and made a reservation for the bar at 7:45pm, more people started to pour in at 8pm. At the bar, I was taken care of by Carlos and Casey who were great company and conversationalists all evening. I was in the mood for little of everything, so I intentionally ordered smaller plates, I cleaned all the plates off (except for desert because I was completely stuffed by that point) because everything was just too good. To start I ordered a glass of Moscato, (Michele Chiarlo "Nivole", Moscato d'Asti, Italy) and the Salmon crudo with Truffle Ponzu. The buttery salmon with the truffle oil and tangy ponzu sauce was the perfect balance of flavors, the salmon just melts in your mouth, and the edible violets were a lovely touch. The moscato was very sweet, I love a sweet wine, but I switched to the house Chardonnay to avoid a headache the next day, and I thought it would pair better with my main course. Next, I ordere
